Nepal Close-to-Research Professional Learning Communities

Nepal’s school system has long invested in teacher development through national training programmes and donor-funded initiatives, yet familiar challenges remain: inconsistent impact, limited sustainability and a gap between external training and classroom realities. The 2024–25 CtR-PLC pilot explored a different approach through partnership-led professional learning.
